Our Main Duties:

  • Movable Goods Registration and Control; Delivery to the units, inspection acceptance, registration and control procedures of all kinds of materials provided to the Rectorate and affiliated units of our Institute from various sources such as budget, projects, foundations, associations, manufacturing and grants.
  • Movable Goods Control; Control, coding, counting and follow-up of the invoices of the materials purchased for our Institute and its affiliated units.
  • Warehouse Control; Warehouse entry and exit of the materials purchased for our Institute and its affiliated units, counting, control of the materials in stock, detection of deficiencies and delivery of the materials to be delivered in a sound and reliable manner.
  • Computer Control; Preparation of entry-exit transaction slips for movable goods and keeping inventory records.
